Salt & Sol is owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Bobby and Lourdes Prier, a duo who are as involved in the details as they are invested in the people.
Bobby’s background is in real estate, coaching, and construction. He’s the handyman, the one making sure every hinge is straight, and the one always looking for the next opportunity.
Lourdes comes from the corporate world, with experience in executive leadership, recruitment, sales, and international business. She is also the interior designer behind each property, bringing warmth, style, and intention into every space.
Together, they bring something rare: a standard of luxury that’s both high-touch and heart-led.
